FAQ

Q. Why charge wirelessly?

A. Simple. No more cables!  Wireless charging has been around for years, but only recently has the technology improved enough for it to be a viable alternative to wired. Plug the charger into your wall with our Quick Charge 3.0 Adapter to get the fastest charging experience and just set your devices down.  No more plugging and unplugging.  Put one beside your bed, next to your couch for when you're binging the latest Netflix docuseries, and next to your workspace for when your swapping between phone and computer usage!

Q. Why Aurora Charge?

A. Aurora Charge solves your messy cable issues without sacrificing style.  With a 15W output it is one of the most powerful wireless charging pads on the market. Our charger comes with our Quick Charge 3.0 Adapter.  They were previously sold separately, but we felt that they are a necessary part of the wireless charging experience and now bundle them with our charger.  They allow you to plug the charger into a standard North American wall outlet and allow for more current to take full advantage of the charger's output. Without it you will be limited to less than a 5W charging experience via USB.  *NOTE* Most other chargers do not come with a Quick Charge Adapter. We also offer a 1 year warranty and a 30-day money back guarantee. We are that certain that you will love it and come back to order more!

Q. Is wireless charging bad for my device/battery?

A. Absolutely not! The pad and the phone will get warm the very same as they would if you were charging with a cable.  This is a natural aspect of the charging process and batteries and technology are meant to operate under heated conditions.

Q. Is my device compatible?

A. Aurora Charge is compatible with all Qi-enabled devices.  If your device supports wireless charging you can be certain it will work with Aurora Charge.  Please take a look at our compatibility page, which is constantly being updated to provide you with the latest information.  If you're still uncertain, check your device's documentation or the manufacturer's website, etc.
